I've been doing all sorts of things around IT for an international manufactor at home and abroad since 1998.
Parts of my tasks are 1st, 2nd and 3rd line helpdesk support, installing Windows clients and servers including the needed applications,
installing and configuring network hardware (Cisco routers, switches, etc.), and a bit of consultancy.

My knowledge in operating systems is in MS DOS, Windows NT, 2000, 2003, 95/98, XP, Vista.
At home I use FreeBSD, OpenBSD and Ubuntu Linux though.
Application knowledge is in VMware server, ESX server, MS SQL server 2000/2005, Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003, Citrix XP,
Veritas Backup Exec, Commvault 6.x backup services.
Hardening Terminal servers (NT/2000/2003) is a bit of a specialty for me.

Hardware used daily consists of desktops, laptops, servers and SAN equipment.

So this is where the info on this site comes from, and is as far as any kind of warranty goes.
