Alright. Alright. Alright! What's so wrong with that?
Going through several articles on writing I've read the complaints against using "alright". The correct way of writing would be "all right", but that's not how it's spoken when it's used. Just like "already" and "altogether", I think those to words were just as wrong when first used like that. Just because "alright" has a young history compared to the others, should we just keep to the old ways?
Each year new words are introduced, some are included in highly regarded dictionaries and encyclopedias despite only a few years or even months old. Heck, some are even included because of public voting. So why not one word that makes perfect sense in speach?
"Altogether now; alright already!"
